    Help with odd messages

    Hi everyone :)
First time posting and hope I can get some help...when I log on to my system I keep getting two messages..the first is "Kies has stopped working" and the second is "Yontoon desktop has stopped working" after the windows is looking for a solution runs a couple of seconds it goes away...what is Kies and Yontoon, and is this a cause for concern? Thanks :)

Hello MJgirl, and welcome to the SevenForums!

Kies is software from Samsung used for data transfer between your machine and tablet/phone. See here for more info.
To fix the issue, I'd suggest reinstalling the program using the link I provided. If you don't use it, you might be better off completely removing it by following this tutorial.

For Yontoon I suspect that you meant Yontoo:) Which is a browser extension. What is actually does seems to be clouded in mystery, and their own site (this site) doesn't really help either.

However, looking at this link, we see that it is Adware. I recommend that you remove it from Firefox following this guide.
I also recommend you to check your Programs and Features and remove the desktop client via this tutorial.

Good luck and keep us posted,
    Nommy
