64-bit Windows 10 Pro

Hello Kevin, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Please post a screenshot showing the above, but with your actual settings in it instead.

If you have what you have marked filled in with blue, then they should be able to log in at anytime other than between 9 AM to 12 PM.

In addition, this is a setting that will need to set per account you want it to be enforced on.

Odd. That setting should allow that specific user account to be able to log in anytime other than what you have in blue below.

Cannot log in between 8 AM to 12 PM on Sunday thru Saturday.

Cannot log in between 12 AM to 5 AM on Sunday.

Do they share this same account, or have their own accounts? If they have their own, then this will need to be set per account.
