Display turns off after a couple of hours idle?

I have my power settings set to never sleep and to never turn off the display.

I left my computer on for a few hours without touching anything and the display eventually went off

I was just wondering, why is it doing this if I set the settings to never. It sort of worked because it didn't turn the display off after 15 minutes, but a few hours later

Is there something on windows that turns the display off if it's been idle for 3hours+
This is just something I'm curious about

Perhaps you have made changes to the wrong power plan in Windows?

Some displays have their own power saving systems, have you checked the monitor's settings?
