Yes my net connection is fine now too, but still getting that message. I suspect MS servers. Try again every 15 minutes or so for awhile....... maybe it'll clear up.

We have many fine tutorials here ......... whole pages of results for internet connection problems. If your problem is just for that specific website, I'd say it was not local to you or your machine

I'm sorry I wasn't sure exactly where you were accessing this Get online help link from,
I have no idea why it's dysfunctional, but I did finally find where it was lol,
    Cheers.

No I can confirm the link does nothing/ No errors and doesn't seem like it's active at all,
Microsoft often shifts links to different content,
I've never found any helpful content when it did work just circular link bouncing.

Hi Lefteris. I have three windows 7 machines in front of me and they are all the same. On-line help is not working. Should replace that with a link to Seven Forums. Microsoft's problem not yours.

Their probably trying to save server space and decided that windows seven help feature was a waste of space. (which it was in many ways). And so goes the all mighty push to Windows 8. I have found that many of the windows 7 resources on Microsoft are missing now. Just like pulling the plug on non vulnerable gadgets even though a small percentage were able to be compromised.
