Not much else to say. RUN & Command have dissapeared. START > no run > no command in accessories.

WIN 7 x64.

Great news. Were you able to add the command shortcut back?

If not, then you could manually create a shortcut for C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe in your Start Menu -> All Programs area.
