I did just as you asked and a message popped up when it was being moved to the Desktop stating: File not found or not read permission.

    No read permission, sorry.

Is there anyway to go around that?

My computer isn't letting me drag the Take_Ownership to my desktop. I left it in my downloads area and then I dragged the CBS text file into the Take_Ownership and it said Copy. Then I let go... Will that work?

    Hi toska,

VistaKing has asked me to take a look at your CBS log, but the attachment you uploaded is empty. Can you copy the CBS log to your Desktop, then zip it up please?

    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
