Run startup programs at logon screen

any way to do this?

so if there are multiple accounts and have some startup programs in all user the programs will be loaded first at logon screen and when someone logon the startup programs have started

More details please like what startup programs are these and which user accounts are they located, that type of thing

Hmm

1. IDM
2. eBoostr
3. DAEMON Tools Lite
4. USB Safely Remove

so if I leave my computer after I switched it on (for some coffee maybe)
the startup program have ran and when I log in I don't have to wait for startup programs

If you mean by Switching Accounts or Locking your Account than YES.

The startup programs are running when you Lock your account..or Switch accounts..

They will NOT be running if you LOG OFF your account..
And then Login again your startup programs will have to Startup again since you logged off...

I Hope that makes sense (Kinda Confusing)
