Using illegal copies of Windows or other intellectual property is piracy. That being said. Greg and others will help Grime install a legal copy of Windows 7 or other legally obtained programs if that is what needs to be done.

4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

It could be hardware related are you still seeing your fans spinning and hard drive light flashing? If so try swapping some hardware if you have any around. Start with the ram even try swapping the spots where the ram is placed try using a different cable or moniter
