Windows 7 explorer keeps crashing then restarting

Guys, i've had this problem for quite some time but couldn't be bothered to fix it till now. I cant even transfer files from my external hard disc to my computer without windows explorer crashing. I've tried booting up in safe mode but it also happens, also tried sfc/scannow and chkdsk. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks for replying guys. I tried the sfc method but it doesnt work, while that isn't really my problem
After reading the sfcdetails, i think theres a problem with the Chinese language thing

Hm..my laptop is an Asus too. Too bad i dont have the Windows 7 installation disc with me.

That's what I meant by common occurrence, there's a link for installation disc downloads in the tutorial.

Repair Install

Hey guys after deleting the asus web manager my problems seem to go away. But now I can't boot computer to windows it keeps asking me to select proper boot device....

Try this,

Startup Repair

It may be necessary to run it 3 times with reboots in between,

Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

When I tried startup repair it said the problem can't be fixed..

Now I can't even boot my laptop without blue screening . Really need some help here as startup repair does not work too
