Are you aware that Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start is a tutorial you can click on to see steps to follow?

Is there some reason you're unable to follow steps you're given?

Do you have someone there who can help you who knows how to follow steps we have given? They are quite specific. If you have a question about how to perform one then you only need to ask back. But "What do I do next" is not a valid reply as the steps say exactly what to do.
