    What are these visual effects?


    So what do these visual effects do: Fade or slide menus into view, Fade or slide ToolTips into view, Fade out menu items after clicking, & Slide open combo boxes?

    On lower resource PC's I edit these of fading, sliding, dragging intact, selection rectangle. There is no noticeable difference but it saves RAM and prevents hangs which should never happen in Win7 with adequate hardware or a perfect install.

On my Windows 7 all of the windows and desktop background seem to have some type of visual problem... Like the pixel looking mesh of things. A lot of times images kind of blur together too... what should i do about this ?:(
