    Secondary clock doesn't show correct time.


    Secondary clock doesn't show correct time. (look at the pic below)

    time difference between canada and manila should be 12 hours right?

    Welcome to Seven Forums win7user4. Actually, Manila is 15 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Time. Your clock is showing 16 hours ahead, which is due to Kuala Lumpur being listed as (UTC+8) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore. While Pacific Time is set to (UTC-8). Due to Daylight savings time, Pacific time is currently (UTC-7). According to the settings you chose, the clocks are correct

    i dont get it, when i call my family in manila, they are 12 hours ahead, so what is the confusion in the clocks.

    isnt manila 12 hours ahead of toronto? i know it is.

    Toronto is Eastern Time Zone not Pacific. You need to change your primary clock to Eastern.

    You may opt for the internet time.

    utc -4 worked. i dont know why, im not good at timezones.

    i dont trust internet time , in my whole life, i've never activated that option.
