You do remember the problem I have is starting my PC? How am I supposed to do it three time?
In addition to the excellent advice previously given I like to to start with the physical rig first and have you open and inspect for a good cleaning and to unmake and make all connections. Blow out all fans and cooling fins on CPU, PSU and GPU.
Did you use Option One in the tutorial?
However you ran SFC, can't you run it again the same way 2 more times...?
Okay I was able to "restart". Is that the same as reboot?
Is it possible that dirt inside the PC would cause this problem? Remember when I do a system restore I can open it. If it were dirty I would think neither would work.
Okay I will run scannow a couple more times, but why does it take three times? Also I do not have a Windows 7 disc. It came preloaded on my PC.
Just saying you start with physical first as they tend to be 90% of issues. Heat fry's electrical components. PSU's start to go and short the mobo, voltage spikes fry ram and GPU's. It sounds like you don't know when you got into your rig to clean it or you'd have mentioned it. This leads me to think it's dirty and like many who come here for help a simple dusting is a minimum every 3-6 month routine that's almost never done. Inspection of the rig is key but may not be your issue but I'll guarantee won't hurt !
