Cloning 180 laptops to be used for 4 days - help and guidance needed

I have been given a task to clone 180 laptops to be used for a 4 day conference.
all the machines will be used in a hotel and need access to hotel internet mostly for web browsing

I created one machine installed all the software i need and I cloned it with clonezilla using a 32 gig USB drive I been able to boot off it and restore the image in about 15 minutes. I have 30 usb drives and 4 days to get them ready.

my concern is that all machines will be identical and I am worried there might be conflicts

I am new to this and have been reading about sysprep some say use it some say don't?

any guidance or tips would be appreciated

what kind of trouble should i anticipate?

    Thanks in advance

Hello edwarto and welcome to Seven Forums.

About all I can do is point you to a tutorial that one of the Forum experts prepared. It may provide enough info to see if sysprep will work for you.

As long as they are the same and they are set to use a dynamic ip, you just need to change the pc name in control panel --> System

Although that's mainly to ease the troubleshooting.
