Copying and paste a website problem

do i need some kind of special web editor or something? im trying to cut and paste a website but when i paste it, all the graphics and font are gone, i know i sound like a newb but im not sure what i need

Have you tried saving the webpage locally. If you are using IE you can go to File->Save as->web page complete. In Google Chrome you can go to the settings button then chose "save as"

its saved it but its all broken up, how do i copy the site and paste it exactly as it is?

For what purpose are you needing to save it? Would taking a screenshot of the page work?
