64 bit with 3gb ram only

Just wondering, if I only have 3gb of ram, is there ANY benefit in using 64 bit over 32 bit? (aside from the maximum amount of ram addressed by windows)

You mean aside from the fact that you'd be moving away from older technology (32-bit)?

You will see likely a speed boost in things, well I know I have when I switched from 32-bit to 64-bit. :)

When you'll choose 64bit you've already made the migration from 32bit to 64bit. (eventually everyone will have to make that step) You can decide to buy extra ram in future and be able to use that. If you choose 32bit; there will not be that expansion option.

I use x64 vista with 3gb of RAM. I plan on running 7 x64 as well if only Turtle Beach would get on the ball I've been waiting for drivers from them for about 2 years.
