    Resizing problem

See above and please tell me how to open these programs in full screen.
The arrows don't work. If the window is minimized then the arrows will put the sides a little bit but not all the way. It is as if the resolution wasn't correct.

My Chrome, Photo programs, and some links that open in a new window open small. The window that opens can be maxed but it only opens it a bit more. Where is the option that says, "open new window in full screen"' or something like that.

Hello Ebida3 and welcome to the Forums,

Chrome has an option called "full screen mode" which can be accessed by tapping F11. But this will be full screen without tabs or an address bar.

Also, please note that Chrome remembers the size of your window from when you last closed.
To achieve this, first open chrome and double click on the top bar to get the window to maximize (or use the second icon in the list at the top right). Then hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to open task manager, and right click on Chrome and select End Task.
Then open a new window and it should be maximized.

Good luck and keep us posted,
    Nommy
