Digital river student download?

Well, here it's now 00:13, October 22nd, was wondering if anyone knows when the Windows 7 download from Digital River will be up? Hopefully before I go to sleep?

Thanks. :)

I'm in the same boat. I imagine they will stagger the downloads so as not to cause chaos on their servers, but I'm really hoping to install tonight! I will post if I get my email tonight.... anyone have any insider info??

You're still 8 hours away from midnight in Redmond.

And more like 16 hours away from when they'd normally start the business day. I believe they're starting their televised launch events around 8am local time.

And I'd expect the emails they send out to students to come in waves.

If you go to bed now, you'll wake up when it's about midnight in Redmond -- the earliest you might even start to expect notice of your download.

Hey everybody, just FYI, I received a download link for the student upgrade copy of 7 that I purchased in my e-mail about 10 minutes ago. Time to install! Hope you all get your e-mail soon too!
