    What's wrong with my PC?

Sometimes, when I'm watching videos on YouTube, the video stops loading. I refresh and nothing happens. It doesn't even refresh. I open a tab and try to open another website but it doesn't even load.

When I hit cancel it's like if it didn't even try. I'm connected to the internet but I can't browse at all. I have to restart my PC in order for it to work again. This only happens with YouTube and with any video. It messes up in general. Doesn't matter what browser I have. None of them can connect when this happens. Firefox and Chrome.

Any one know why this keeps happening?

You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
Uncheck the box to Active Free trial from the final install options,

    http://www.superantispyware.com/?tag=SUPERANTISPYWARE
This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,

I'll try the Microsoft Security Scanner. I already have Malwarebytes and Super. Scanned with both when it happened to me for the first time.

Use No Add-ons mode/ Click the Start button and type in the search box,
    Internet explorer
Click on the No Add-ons suggestion,

    It’s located at, Start/ All programs/ Accessories folder/ System tools folder/ No add-ons.
Use Safe mode with networking to see if Internet explorer still crashes,
Use the scanners Make sure you manually update them,
