Problem with permissions after killing Beagle

Hello everyone. Being my first post, I would prefer it to be something less complicated.

Let's go. After a killing issue with "Beagle" and having to reactivate the Security Center and Firewall, I find that something has changed in Windows 7 (x64).

I work with Administrator account, and now I must ask permission for almost everything, when in User Control Center I have, as always, the notifications disabled.

If I click the right mouse button on any file, I get these icons...

If I try to copy that file to another folder, whatever, I get this...

And, as an example, these icons that never appeared before, now are appearing like these...

    More examples:

    • If I try, with Second Copy, to backup files to my pendrive, I get error in many of them because I do not have permission to copy. However, at file properties, permissions remain the same...
    • If I run JDownloader normally, it doesn't work... javaw.exe process gets 50% CPU continuously. However, if I run it as Administrator, it works like a charm...
    • When I open Task Manager, Processes tab only contains my user's processes; but before also appeared SYSTEM, Network Service, etc. I must click "Show all users processes" button, with the same icon I showed before at his left.
    • There are some partitions that, at contextual menu, I click New and the only thing I get is "Folder." All other options to create new files disappear.

Does anybody know what happened and how I can restore everything back to the right way?

If you need more information do not hesitate to ask.

I suggest a system restore to get to a point before the troubles began.

Unfortunately I have System Restore function disabled. I hope I won't have to reinstall everything...
