I still don't know what's causing this but my hunch is a bad hard drive?

Because whenever i boot my system every apps on the start menu starts with WHITE ICONS then loads in a few minutes

    SHOULD i try REPAIRING Windows?

I still think you have a virus or similar. I have to apologise as I failed to give you proper guidance regarding the running if Windows Defender Offline. I should have sent details on how to create and burn an ISO file. You say that Windows Defender found nothing. Is that the Windows Defender that is within Windows 7? If you created a bootable CD what file did you burn to the disc?
