Laptop problem, need help on finding the cause of it.

    1. Microsoft security essentials can't open the real time protection and the network icon is hanged although I still can go online.

2.My Computer will not load, I still can access C drive and D drive by manually typing in.

3.I made it to work ONCE, My Computer suddenly successfully loaded and my problem in #1 solved. But after a restart problem reoccur.

    4.Cannot open media player (songs)

    5. Programs that need administration allow (The pop up thing) doesn't show up when I click on the program thus disallowing me to use programs that need administration rights.

6.I'm on an admin account as this is my laptop.

7.In SAFE MODE, everything works fine. My Computer loads normally and I can open programs like msconfig which I can't open in a normal windows start up.

8.I have not installed any programs nor download anything suspicious.

9.I tried opening windows update, but with no responds. (Window doesn't show up). Same goes to other windows programs.

Please help :X Computer specs on my profile :)

    Hi,

I would suggest you try a Start-up Repair

Then if successful uninstall and re-install MSE 64-bit.

    You want the file: ENUS\amd64\MSEInstall.exe

    cheers
