I am unable to run most of the .exe files I download.

It didn't work, the files still don't load.

you did all the steps, even disabled you virus scanner and steam and such, and services alsom correct? after doing so, you rebooted, correct?

Yes, but quite a long time ago I downloaded fraps off it's website (I'm 100% sure it was) and I got a Trojan, which was quickly removed. However, after this is when all the files stopped responding, and I think the troubleshooter as well.

sorry, that's the same log as before I need the clean log, that's the scan log

also, that file seems to be from a mod for skyrim or fallout, i recommend removing it immediately with Revo uninstaller free
