purchased UK student discount Win7, not downloadable

I apologize if this question has been asked and answered in this forum.

I purchased the UK student discount win7 professional -32 bit yesterday, and got the confirmation email saying it is ready to be downloaded.

However, when I was following the step 2 to copy and paste the given link to download the file (at this stage, this is a small file), I got a warning message in the IE window:

    Sorry,

Too many download attempts: 21. You were allowed to download only 10 times.

If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com.

I have to say I got this message at the first time when I attemptted to download it!!!

Besides writing them an email and being ready to wait for several days, what can I do to make the download counter reset?

    Many thanks

Sounds like the given link was a mass emailing to other students who have exhausted the download. I also read in an other thread that the U.K students weren't receiving a student discount. Never know who or what to believe. looks like your going to have to hope for an email reply. Fabe

    Go to:

    http://store.digitalriver.com/store/...isplayHelpPage

and log-in using your order number and password they gave you for the student offer.

You should see the download button in your purchase summary.

    Hope that helps.

I have already paid and the U.K. students should be able to receive the student discount:

Thank you for your suggestion and actually I got the same warning message (exceed download limit) when I access from either the link provided in the email, or the order page as you suggested.

Guys You are hammering the servers, the route to the servers, your ISP, and it just means its gonna take a while. Didn't you think this was going to happen?

Digital is hammered, MS is hammered.
