    Action after opening a folder


    Is it possible that when I'll open a folder a program or file will open automatically??

    Example : I open Program Files and Windows Media Player starts automatically!

    Did you run the sfc and chkdsk yet? or any of the security sweeps?

    I think he wants a certain program/s to open when he opens a certain folder/s, not that that's his problem.

    I think the OP wants to open a specific application to open automatically whenever he opens a specific folder, sort of like Autoplay for folders.

    I guess the example rephrased would be,
    If I open Program Files folder, I want Media Player to start automatically. How do I do it ?
