Hello Jerome,
Do you have UAC enabled?
Are you logged in as an administrator?
Normally, you should be able to right click on an empty area in the Program Files folder, and click on New and Folder. You may then be prompted by UAC to click on "Yes" to approve before the New Folder is created.
If not, then you have a permissions issue in the Program Files folder's security properties as Rawad posted above.
Hope this helps for now. :)
Brink - I'm logged in as a Standard User, I'm unable to create any folder within Program Files, even with the UAC completely turned off from an Administrator Account, is there something I may be unaware of, as in I can't create a folder from a standard user ?
Being a standard user would be why then.
All system files and folders are protected, and you must be logged in as an administrator to be able to access them.
You could enable UAC (while logged in as an administrator) to then be able to click on Continue when prompted while logged in as a standard user to enter an administrator's password to approve doing this though.
Brink I tried your suggestion, if I understood correctly, didn't work. I'll do the work within an Admin account, thanks for the help :)
