Go to HP and download the driver for your graphics to the desktop. in device manager, remove the graphics adapter, then reboot. You will probably be given a generic driver on reinstall, check and see if the driver matches the downloaded driver from HP, the original driver may be the best. If you are in High Performance mode in power settings and can only see one slot of ram, try shutting down and reseating the ram.

It is rather obvious that the wrong driver is installed... do not just disable the driver, you should remove the device and allow it to find the right driver when it reinstalls on boot...

Uninstall the driver including its software in Device Manager.

Enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) and run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Update to completion, both for the driver(s) needed and any performance updates which might be needed to smooth their performance.

If this doesn't provide a suitable driver, then import the latest from the HP support Downloads webpage for your model.

Are you still running the HP factory preinstalled WIn7 which is the worst possible install of WIn7 one can have? If so do what most tech enthusiasts do and Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which provides everything needed to get and keep a perfect install.
