How do I make the font family and size stay at what I adjust them to.I adjust them to what I want and they are o.k. for that document but after closing down the little b*****s have returned to their previous setting.

Will give your suggestion a try tomorrow but it comes as a surprise that there is no provision in wordpad to make these adjustments,I have looked for ages to find the key that was not there.
Tried your suggestion but unable to click on file as file fails to appear whatever I do.
