I get an error when setting up the Windows Scheduler

I create a new Task schedule and when finished I click the OK button. When the OK button is clicked I get the attached error. It mentions two possible sources of the error 1. Password 2. The group policy. I do have a group policy, but the only thing I have enabled is screensaver on and prevent any changes to the screensaver. I cannot find anyplace to enter a password. Incidentally, I am using an admin account.
    What must I do?
