    Fixed it! I re-dual booted Vista again which reactivated my original installation. Now both Vista and 8601 are activated :)

    Yeah, it would be nice but then there wouldn't be use for a beta. :)

    On the plus side, by the time the RTM version is available, we can be a little smug and say 'oh, I've been using 7 for over a year now...

    (Just like a lot of the Vista beta-testers.... )
