Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP 1 (Version 6.1.7601)

Progress! I was able to boot to the diagnostic partition and ran a diagnostic. FWIW, the hardware looks ok.

Trying the other steps now...

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP 1 (Version 6.1.7601)

Woohoo! Back in business! All seems to be running as it was before.

I haven't had a chance to run the three startup repairs yet, but running PW's Rebuild MBR seemed to do the trick. I tried booting to the SSD and it worked. Windows immediately warned to reboot to apply changes, which I did and it started up fine again. Then I shut down, reconnected the other drive and tried booting again. Still boots (and still to the SSD).

Awesome! :)

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP 1 (Version 6.1.7601)

Ran the three startup repairs, though none of them reported any problems (and the details logs showed no errors).

Anyway, all is well again. Thank you so much for your help.
