I did: memtest 4 passes in 4 hours no errors, hot tester cpu stresed no errors, windows memory diagnostic passes 2 no errors, temperaures are ok, malwarebytes full scan, avast full scan nothing, hdtunes scan hdd no errors.

    Configuration:
    BIOSTAR Group A880G+ (CPU 1)
AMD Athlon II X2 260 Regor 45nm Technology
    4,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 667MHz (9-9-9-24)
932GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA)
    E2442 (1920x1080@60Hz) 1024MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 (CardExpert Technology)

    OS:
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

It would tell us a lot to know if running a boot disk like Linux Peppermint reproduces the problem while the OS is cut out of the loop. Peppermint3 - Create Live CD/DVD/USB To Use For Emergency Then unplug the HD and try it again.

Since you've tested hardware finish the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

In event viewer I have this:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.
Disk managment = Disk 1 removable, so it was while I was runing memtest from USB. Disk 0 is my HDD.
And there is same error for 10 times: The 7ByteIo service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Is this error for removable disk?
