show all of hardware in before boot-up time windows

i how can see any hardware in my pc or laptop before windows boot-up time to mean that i when press power button appear to me all hardware!
do i should press a button on the keyboard until show to me!

Windows excessive reinstallation = hardware problems over time.
Hello. A friend of mine is saying that it's best to avoid the regular reinstallation of the windows operating sistem because in time there are definite chances of hardware damage or intensive hardware wear and tear. is this possible? i think not. please reply your opinion.
