Any way to prevent a Standard account from creating a password?

My friend has a kid that keeps password protecting their account so their parents can't get into the kid's account. The kid has a standard account and obviously, the parent can go in and remove the password, but its getting tiresome. Is there some sort of way to block a user with a standard account from creating a password on Windows 7 Home?

    Thanks in advance :)

    Hello vram,

One way would be to remove the password for the account, then use the tutorial below to prevent that account from be able to change it's password.

Password - Prevent or Allow to Change

If they like, another option would be to turn on the Guest account, and have the kid use it instead. It cannot have a password created for it.

Guest Account - Turn On or Off

    Hope this helps. :)
