    10-15 days shipping.. really?


    Does this look right to you guys? I ordered vista from newegg the other day in order to get the free windows 7 upgrade. (probably a mistake) Here is the email I got today. FYI i live in Oklahoma.

    As with most places who ship items, shipping times are normally exagharrated to prevent angry customers who expected their package to arrive in three days from complaining after the 5th day if it hadn't arrived yet. I treat shipping estimates as maximums

    Good to hear. I was hoping to be proactive and get it on the 22nd like many of u but it looks like my new hdd is just gonna have to sit on top of my comp a bit longer.

    Fyi dhl tracking service is a joke.

    I purchased the W7, during the preorder from Amazon, will ship 10/6; expected delivery the frst week of November. Companies are trying to save a buck, they come to your area only with a full truck.
