I don't see where you followed a single step I gave you.
The steps I gave you said to uninstall the CCC bloatware which is not needed unless you overclock, and can cause problems. Be sure to remove it from msconfig>Startup and msconfig>Services (after Hiding All MS Services) before uninstalling in Control Panel>Programs and Features.
Then install all Important and Optional Windows Updates after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3). After requested reboot go back to Check for Updates until there are no more Important or Optional.
If your Display isn't satisfactory or you still have Standard VGA graphics then import the display driver from the Support Downloads webpage for your display device.
