The driver will be shown under device Manager however the Catalyst Suite will be shown in add/remove programs. The drivers will not install without removing the Catalyst Suite

CCC bloatware is not needed unless you intend to overclock your PC. Since it causes many issues seen here, I would uninstall it and install only the Display driver.

Because Win7 is a driver-complete OS which doesn't need drivers supplied like XP, first enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) then Check for Updates, install all Important and Optional (after hiding Bing) with reboots until there are no more Updates left. Some of these Updates will be necessary patches for performance on your PC.

If no Display driver is provided by Updates, import it from the device's Support Downloads webpage without the bloatware.

Let us know how this goes.

I've uninstalled Radeon Graphics from device manager..

Now i'm not seeing any Radeon 7670M under Devince Manager Display and Adapters..

Tried installing now still i'm getting Failure..

    What to do now ????

This is a laptop only drivers you should be using is from the Laptop website uninstall the one's you got form AMD site and get them from your Laptop maker that is the only way it works

Laptops have there own OEM driver that only the maker provides using the main one from AMD will get you no where

BTW 7670M is a Mobile GPU anything with a M at the end is a instant Mobile GPU set up

Thank you Greg. I did what you said.

    Update my window first..

I also used drivers pack solutions then i get to see those video setting in CCC and then I also updated that optional Updated of AMD Card and Now i can also see Desktop Management in CCC..

Earlier i was only seeing Power, gaming and information and now i can see all..

Now my question is what dimensions should i choose to get game on full screen ??

coz when i'm trying to play a game i'm getting black borders in both the corners..

I tried Alt+Enter it is working in some games but not in all...
