    Has your friend tried doing a System Restore? It could be based on a program that has been installed.

    Not sure.. I have asked him to do a SFC scannow program.. to check if some file is messed up.. and I don't think he has even done that.. reason I closed thread.. but.. hey.. maybe he will.. This is last time I will try to assist him. He is very difficult to get to do stuff.. so.. Thanks ..
