Windows 7: I feel like my computer not working correctly

I would Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 with the Product Key on the COA sticker on PC, following the steps closely in the blue link to get and keep a perfect install.

This should free up the expensive Ultimate license to use on another PC, as long as it isn't OEM version. If it's retail OEM version then it becomes tied to the first mobo installed upon. I would not accept this to waste $100+ value of the license which came with your PC, but instead call MS Customer Service to tell them it was incorrectly installed upon the wrong PC so they give you back the OEM license to use on another PC. But if it's retail Full or Upgrade version Ultimate then you can use it wherever you want anyway.

Do not use any Registry Cleaner other than CCleaner as these will ruin your Win7. Stick with the tools and methods given in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and you will get and keep a perfect install.
