Yes I can see the WCScheduler there is 2...one is called WCScheduler..Type..Application... 2,190KB and the second is called WCScheduler.exe.manifest....Type..MANIFEST File...1KB

As in my post I said I had 'two' WCSchedulers..... but only one shown up with .exe on it ......so I renamed the .exe file as you said and restarted to go into normal mode but popup still came back up....so I have renamed it back to what it was originally called and so far on rechecking in the 'TYPE' heading it still shows it as...Application not Manifest as it was before! I did not have any other file called .exe apart from one I said in my post.....(it has it showing up as WCScheduler.exe.manifest under name but the Type is Application now)
post screenshot please so I can see the files

For the third time, Is "Samsung Recovery 4" (or something alike) listed in Add/Remove Programs list?

Kaktussoft I appreciate your help very much but you don't have to have a tone with your post.....When you list things to do I do as in order as you list and try them first.....and yes I do have it in add and remove but what's the point in deleting it as if I need to use recovery it will not be there to use! Why can it not just be disabled for time being

Alright you want to use it. Are you sure you renamed it back the way it was?
    One is called
    WCScheduler type=application

    other one is
    WCScheduler.exe.manifest type=manifest

So you just want to get rid of the popup on logon. And keep the application itself.
Open up Task Scheduler by either typing "task" into the Start Menu search bar, or by opening All Programs - Accesories - System Tools.
Now task scheduler opens. Click "task schedule library'. You see a branche called "samsung" or something like that?
WCScheduler.exe is scheduled as a task named 'advSRS4'. So can you find task advSRS4 ?

How to Manage Existing Tasks in Task Scheduler describes the basics. Simply DISABLE task advSRS4. But first you have to find it

You now know how to disable the popup by using sort of workaround. But better is diasabling the scheduled task of course.

About the wireles driver issue: Is laptop booted in normal mode now and it can access internet wired?
    Laptop is Samsung R519 ?

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/ow...NP-R519-FA01US is your laptop? If so, driver is here: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/co...er_1.0.0.1.ZIP

Did you download the zip file (I posted the link)? Double click in setup.exe in zipfile.
