I have checked all of the devices in device manager and nothing is showing as not working...all seems fine....fingers crossed it stays that way :)
    Did you do this already?
    21. Refresh your Windows Experience Index (WEI) score.

    22. When finished, all you will need to do is to activate Windows 7. (See screenshot below)

After that it's time to make a backup to external hard drive. You don't want problems like this anymore I assume?!

What was rating before reinstall? Did you do some other things during the WEI process?
What part of index is so low (cpu speed, gpu, disk speed)?

No computer management was opened by me to show you what it says in it....I will have to take a photo with my camera of the screen that keeps popping up as its impossible to perform anything when it pops up....Below is the pop up I see on windows startup/desktop screen...I have to press off at the off button on laptop to get away from the screen.

This problem has not been caused by doing a "clean install". Did you install that samsung program yourself?

Or did you do a "repair install" (run setup.exe from within win7 itself. Kind of upgrade install)?

I have no idea what caused this from the startoff.

My computer just kept freezing the mouse all of a sudden so could do nothing apart from turn off the laptop by the off button....then this pool header screen started to show up and shut machine down to protect computer from damage.

I tried everything that the BSOD forum said but nothing worked...so tried the basic recovery via Samsungs recovery that's on the laptop but that didn't solve the problem so in end took everything off that's personal to me via safe mode and did a complete install again via the Samsungs recovery.

All went well with that but could not get rid of that Samsung recovery partition popup that kept appearing each time laptop started again and again and computer had to be switched off each time when that popped up as unable to do anything with laptop with that popping up....but fortunately you solved that plus a few other bits as in this thread

When it first started to freeze up......I ran it in safe mode and ran the Malwarebytes scan which shown some type of malware about 5 things so I deleted them via the Malwarebytes.....Maybe these were the problem! I don't know for sure...so that's why in the end I just did the complete recovery so if there was anything there it will be deleted with the complete recovery

There is no way Samsung bloatware could popup after a true Clean Install because all of it should have been cleaned from the HD during the booted Win7 install.

Do you remember when you booted the Win7 installer: did you use the Drive Options shown in Steps 6 and 7 of Clean Install Windows 7 to delete all partitions, create and format New as it advises in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7?

If not then post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image and we will help you delete all the other partitions to see if it resolves it.

Is there a possibility you reinstalled some Samsung crapware off of their Support Downloads webpage where only drivers missing in Device Manager after all Updates were done needed to be found?

Windows starts/uploads fine but partition screen keeps popping up-capture.png

    Seems fine to me

I didn't do anything apart from follow the on screen instruction that Samsung Recovery 4 said....I pressed the complete recovery which says it wipes the C drive and then it automatically reinstalls windows etc..(obviously not my wireless driver as I had to re-install that)...(plus my scrolling too)
