Right Click or Shortcut to Toggle Taskbar hide or show

I'm having some issues where the taskbar in Windows 7 occasionally is getting in the way while using Google Chrome. Is there a way to quickly hide it .. hit my desired button .. then turn the taskbar back on without moving it or using the auto hide feature?

Thank You

You could try Taskbar Autohide:

Taskbar Autohide - Free download and software reviews - CNET

It's worked for some people and may do what you want.
