    It's worth a try but realistically its a long shot for the beep issue at hand but stranger things have happened. Let us know your results !

    just did it and im dont think it has made a difference as i got the same beep sound as soon as the os loaded up. its like a low pitch uurrrrr

    cant really troubleshoot the ssd with the os on but will unplug the sata storage drive.

    just unplugged the sata storage drive so ill go about my normal business for 20 minutes. if it doesnt start beeping at me then ill say im about 70% sure its the hdd

    The SSD has no moving parts and should be dead silent.

    oh wait, you mean the beeps are actually coming from the hdd no. i actually unplugged the speaker to be sure and it is a system beep.

    could possibly be hardware incompatibility as this board uses sata 3 and im using a sata 1 drive as storage? although i thought this was backwards compatible.

    Have you tried booting in Safe Mode to see if it beeps that way?

    no i havent actually. probably should of been the first thing i did lol. what is the difference of safemode to standard?
