    I have reinstalled Adobe Reader. now when I click on it this is what comes up. again my question is.
    what do I do with it.

    OK, in your 1st post you posted a screenshot of an IE download for a pdf file. Did you save that file somewhere? If so double click on that pdf file and it should open in the Adobe Reader you have in the screenshot in your last post. If you get the dialog in your 1st post, click on the arrow next to save, and choose Save as, then navigate to your desktop and save it there. Aftyer it downloads, double click it to open. You say
