I'm confused. That is the Internet Explorer downloads window. It appears when you download a file. The download appears to be complete and it is asking if you want to save or open the file. You got this when clicking on a pdf file already on your PC? A Guy
You just need to install Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions or another pdf viewer. If installing Adobe Reader make sure to uncheck the optional offer of McAffee Security scan otherwise it will install it by default.
Here are some good FREE alternatives to Adobe:
Download Free PDF Software | Nitro PDF
Free PDF Reader - Sumatra PDF
Thanks all of you for you answers, I have downloaded Adobe reader. so I will let you know how I get on.
If I find something on my computer and don't know what it is I Do Not Open it. I Google it and see what it is. Then decide what to do with it.

Be sure the pdf reader program has been installed properly. Should be able to open from the email. Alternatively, save the attachment to a location you choose. It should then open with a doubleclick. If not, right click it > see pictures. If none of this works, either it's not a valid pdf, or your pdf reader is not installed, or not registered by Windows, then browse for it and find the exe.
