King for a Day - Need to be a superadmin.. how do I seize the throne?
And again I'm denied permission to do something. This time install a program. Insufficient privleges.
I have Win7x64. I am the only user & I do not use a password. User Accounts says I'm an Administrator. Changing my user account Avatar doesn't help. What else can I try?

Hello AaLF,
It sounds like you may need to right click on the program's installer, and click on "Run as administrator" to run the installer elevated. :)

Been there, done that. Still get this............
More info. These files are left over from a failed uninstall. I need to kill 'em. They are blocking the install. They are not showing up in Revo or uninstall control panel. I have JV16 powertools for file removal...but.... no permission to delete these.

Seems we have problem Houston.
Elevated Admin sent packing when attempting to remove leftover files with JV16tool. How else do I delete 'em?
Same goes for install. Both pics above 'still rule'.

You might see if the free Unlocker may be able to delete them.

The unlocker delete via super admin failed. The problem leftover file is AppGuardAgent.exe
Do you think using unlocker to change its name or relocate it, might allow the install of new version to proceed?

What I think happened:
During original uninstall with Revo got message that a security app was interfering. All i have is MSE so I turned off "Realtime protection". Returning to uninstall window I found it gone. It no longer appeared in Revo nor Control panel uninstall. But the folder & files in jpeg above remain.
I have scanned with MSE & MBAM - nothing found. Sys. Restore fails to restore successfully to any point in the past. I have used Super Admin acct & still no response. Unlocker cannot delete it.
I am denied removal & denied re-install until I remove it. My image is embarrassingly out of date. I've emailed Appguard but no response so far.
