Windows doesn't start; 0x490

Few days ago, during my normal work, bluescreen had appeared. The reason was damaged motherboard. I bought new one, turned on PC and tried to back to normality. Unfortunately destiny had other schedule.
The system "load" only to appearing first red "dot" of 7's logo. Next it restarts and asks if i want to repair it. Of course I do... That're communicates I receive after non-successful attempt of repairing it by system. (ehm, google translate seems to translate it accurately so I past it)

I tried to repair it with Windows 7 Installation Disk and Command Line ("sfc /scannow /offbootdir=i:\ /offwindir=i:\windows)
My actual motherboard is ASRock G41c-G5 and previuos was: Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H.
Please, lend me hand, I really don't feel like reinstalling windows....
