Open a elevated command prompt (Run as administrator).
In the elevated command prompt, copy and paste the command below and press enter.
    Code:
    Wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2515325
    Works? If it works:
Install Windows Explorer may crash in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

This is the error in the CBS log. Posting so it's easier to see it!

Nope, I finaly just gave up & ordered a version of Windows 8 & have been doing all the necessary things to make the format a success! I did more research & still couldn't find the issue so I finally just said screw it, besides BF4 will work better with Windows 8 anyways! I'm sure I'll be back tho, I only have three other systems with Windows 7 on them!
Thanks for the help, it was greatly appreciated! :)

    Wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2515325
Did that run unsuccesfully and asking for reboot?

    Very strange...
