    i want see all of hardware my device example:laptop or computer when i press button power on
    now, how i should do it?

    So do you mean that when you press the start button you want to see your system specification before Windows starts to load?

    i want see in boot time no in windows
    Prior to loading Windows, you are limited to what your BIOS will display.

    Typically, there is a setting in the BIOS that displays some kind of splash screen. If you disable that, you will see the POST (Power On Self Test) messages scroll by.

    That's all you're going to be able to see.
