Two questions I've been wondering about...

1. If I use a VPN to join a USA server in an online game would that improve my connection latency at all? I live outside the USA and I want to join a USA online game server but the issue is that I'm hitting 300 ms~ ping in those servers would using VPN to join a USA based VPN server help my cause? If I'm confusing some of you here's a layout diagram which might help you out.

2. If I was to be MAC/HWID banned would I need to investigate which of my hardware components have been banned? My PC is custom built by myself so I know the parts inside. How does one actually identify which of my hardware has been targeted for being blacklisted?

1) It all depends on the connection and vpn etc, but there are too many variables to say without real world tests.

2) We cant help you on any matters regarding bypassing bans.

Wondering about SRP on Win 7 Pro.
Hi everyone. I've been running Windows 7 Professional (RTM) for about two months now. My current security setup has been OK so far, but I'm thinking I'd like to harden it up a bit with some prevention measures. I'm also rather ignorant when it comes to most security measures, so please have...
